Local Brew Company family photo among stainless-steel brewing tanks
The Local Brew Company was created by award-winning craft beverage professionals Aaron and Joelle Schmalzle after years spent building one of Central Florida’s successful production breweries, with distribution reaching all three major Orlando theme parks and hundreds of locations across the state.

After stepping away from large-scale production to focus on family and rethink what truly mattered in hospitality, they returned with a different vision: a hyper-local neighborhood gathering place built around fresh craft beer, elevated coffee, thoughtful technology, and genuine human connection.

Today, The Local Brew Company blends small-batch brewing, robotic espresso, fresh food, and community events into a modern “third place” designed for locals, visitors, and craft beverage lovers alike.
